OPTIONS
1500 Watt, 12.5 Amp maximum load.
2400 Watt, 20 Amp maximum load.
3600 Watt, 30 Amp maximum load.
The model 2000 requires two (2) 12-volt, 100
amp-hour (or higher) deep cycle batteries connected in series to provide
24-volt DC input to the system. Batteries are not included with the
model 2000.
The amount of time that the model 2000 can provide
backup power to the system is determined by many factors including: the
number of operators being powered, amount of usage, amperage draw, size
of batteries, wire size, wire run distance, temperature, etc.
ADVANCED FEATURES
- Three-stage battery charging maintains proper
battery voltage without over charging the batteries.
- RMS regulation ensures loads have the same
amount of power as battery voltage changes.
- Provides a modified sine-wave output suitable
for a variety of applications.
- Electronic control circuit monitors battery
voltage while system is in inverter mode and commands up to six gate
operators to open sequentially when battery power reaches critical
levels.

The Model 2000 Power Inverter
is designed to provide backup power for a
complete parking and access control system when
primary (AC) power fails. The model 2000 is not
just another DC backup system. This unit
converts DC battery power to AC power to keep
your system operable at all times. The system
acts as a power distribution panel during normal
(AC) operation and supplies backup power to the
load during power outages. This capability
ensures that the parking and access control
system remains operable during power outages and
is ideal for any application where maintaining
the parking and access control system is
critical. These applications include high
security needs, government and military
installations, parking garages, apartment
complexes and gated communities. |
